WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?


We do not store or share credit card information with third parties. We do not share personal information, email, or contact details to any third party. For delivery purposes your contact information is provided to La Poste/TNT/DHL.




WHERE ARE YOUR WATCHES MADE?


Our watches are MADE IN FRANCE by a expert watchmaker to ensure the highest quality and extremely high standards. The French "savoir faire" is famous all around the world, it is an important value that we wish to carry and keep living. Made in France is for us a quality guarantee but also a beautiful human adventure that we share with every people who wears a BALANCIER watch.




WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?


Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse in France processes your order. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. Please note that our standard delivery times (5-7 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of BALANCIER's control.




CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?


Our order and shipment processes are automated. Which means we will not be able to change it before it is shipped.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPMENT COSTS WHEN I ORDER MY BALANCIER WATCH?


BALANCIER offers free shipment within Europe. Extra fee 50€ for orders shipped to an address outside the EU.




WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?


When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information. All our orders are sent via La Poste/TNT/DHL and can be traced via their homepage. Please note that confirmation e-mails quite often ends up in spam boxes.




HOW CAN I ADJUST THE STRAP LENGTH? /CHANGE SIZE?


When the clasp is opened, you can see a little arrow in the middle part. Use a small, flat object to flick that part up. After it is open, move that part of the clasp up or down the strap. Once you have reached the correct spot, click that part of the clasp shut.




ARE BALANCIER WATCHES WATERPROOF?


All our watches are 3ATM / 30M water resistant, not waterproof. Water resistant means that it is humidity-protected. It can endure a bit of water splashes from washing your hands or being caught in the rain. However, water resistance does not mean you should swim or shower with your watch on.




CAN I EXCHANGE THE WATCH I ORDERED?


It is not possible to exchange a product due to the changing stock levels. You can return the entire product and order the product you want instead. We will refund your money after we have received and processed your return shipment.




DO BALANCIER WATCHES COME WITH A WARRANTY?


Your watch is covered by our 2 years international warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. This does not cover any abuse or physical damage inflicted on the watch. During the warranty period, BALANCIER will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests.




WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?


You may return any unworn, undamaged watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. Any watch that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Please note that we do not accept returns once the watch bracelet has been sized. Refunds can only be placed back onto the original method of payment. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Returns can only be accepted for products purchased on the BALANCIER Online Store. Your order will be carefully packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with the Item(s) you select. Report any discrepancy in shipment or damages to Customer Service.
